Who is Chernek Consulting, Inc? CCI was born in 2001, to provide automotive dealers and their managers with the knowledge and tools required to effectively utilize menu selling and significantly increase backend profits, while limiting liability.
Becky Chernek , founder and president, has an extensive automobile background. She started her impressive career by helping her father run their family-owned auto dealerships. During almost two decades of experience, she gained skills in almost every aspect of the car sales process-in sales of new and used cars and trucks, F&I, and sales and general sales management. She was hired in 1985 as the first woman to sell cars for Al Packer Lincoln & Mercury located in Baltimore , Maryland . In 1987, she was promoted to finance and insurance management and later held every position in retail management. In 1995, she took a position with the JM&A Group and was soon promoted to the AutoNation division-the #1 retailer in the United States-to hire, train and implement menu selling in designated stores throughout the county. Chernek singlehandedly earned a sterling reputation for adding millions to the bottom line for the AutoNation account and has been referred to by many as a self-starter, high performer, and a challenging and spirited entrepreneur and motivator.
Chernek's credentials: Chernek is an AFIP industry member. As a consultant, trainer, and nationally renowned expert in F&I and sales procedures, she has assisted hundreds of car, RV, and marine dealerships throughout the United States and Canada in streamlining their processes and closing techniques that significantly raise their bottom profit line. She writes regularly for F&I Management Technology, Auto Dealer Monthly, Wards Business and Dealer Edge magazines and has recently joined ADI as a professor, conducting all of their dealer-exclusive workshops. She packs a serious punch and has a no-nonsense approach when it comes to increasing the bottom line profit for dealers. She has also obtained exclusive rights for the ADI's revolutionary Web-based F&I Management training program.
New F&I product program: Now, after repeated requests from her clients, Chernek has launched a unique product program that provides current and new dealers with several options, all of them in keeping with her caring, hands-on expertise: an ongoing partnership that enables her to provide dealers with free in-store and regional training workshops for sales and finance personnel, free anytime phone and e-mail consultations, and free continuing product support and training, in exchange for the purchase of top-of-the-industry products dealers already need and want and their customers will readily endorse.
